三 |          　　会议指出，要强化政治意识，履行维护国家“五大安全”政治使命，努力增强新能源发展和供给能力，为中国式现代化建设提供安全可靠的能源保障；要紧密结合实际，聚焦核能、风电、光伏等领域，因地制宜发展新质生产力，构建清洁低碳安全高效的新型能源体系，打造风光核储一体化能源基地；要加强组织领导，完善新能源产业发展规划，因地制宜抓招商、上项目、解难题，科学谋划一批新能源项目，为全面振兴新突破提供有力支撑。         　　会议强调，提高思想认识，充分认识“三农”工作的重大意义，聚焦全力创建国家乡村振兴示范县、省级乡村振兴示范带工作，高标准高质量完成创建任务；要学习借鉴“千万工程”经验，聚焦人居环境整治、基础设施建设、民生领域问题、平安乡村建设，因地制宜，循序渐进，推进农村治理现代化；要强化产业振兴，做优做大花生主导产业，打造现代渔业养殖新模式、打响兴城特色区域品牌，全面推进农业产业现代化；要强化组织领导，坚持党对农村工作的全面领导，深入推进抓党建促乡村振兴，持续加强乡村振兴要素保障，全面推进乡村振兴取得新进展。         　　会议强调，要提高站位，充分认识开展党纪学习教育的重要性、必要性，从讲政治高度推进党纪学习教育；要把握目标要求和重点措施，高标准高质量推进党纪学习教育深入开展；要加强领导，压实责任，形成推动党纪学习教育的工作合力，确保党纪学习教育在全市取得实效。
